Key Responsibilities:
Lead the AI development team, providing technical guidance and mentorship.Architect and develop scalable AI and machine learning models tailored to business needs.Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and stakeholders to define AI project requirements.Drive innovation by researching and implementing state-of-the-art AI/ML algorithms and technologies.Oversee end-to-end AI lifecycle: data collection, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.Ensure AI solutions adhere to best practices in ethics, fairness, and data privacy.Optimize models for performance, scalability, and interpretability.Manage code quality through reviews, testing, and documentation.Stay updated with emerging trends and integrate relevant advances into projects.Coordinate cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into products.
