Partner with leadership to shape capability development, onboarding, and role readiness strategies.. Oversee team planning, workload management, and growth paths for L&D team members.. Present data-backed insights on program performance, learner progression, and org readiness.. Spearhead innovation in learning methods—blended learning, gamification, certifications, etc..
