Layout Designer

As a Layout Designer, you will be responsible for creating and modifying layouts for shops and retail spaces using AutoCAD. Your primary focus will be to ensure precision in measurements and strict adherence to project requirements. In addition to layout design, you will be tasked with developing 3D models and renderings to offer a realistic view of layouts and design concepts. This will enable clients and stakeholders to visualize the final output effectively. Collaboration with the field team is crucial to understand space requirements, site conditions, and necessary modifications. Your role will involve ensuring that the layout meets real-world conditions by working closely with the field team. Your strong visualization skills will play a key role in interpreting client needs and transforming them into efficient, workable designs that optimize space and functionality. Effective coordination with architects, interior designers, contractors, and other stakeholders will be essential to ensure smooth project execution and alignment of the layout with design specifications. You will be responsible for producing detailed and accurate shop drawings, including layouts, sections, elevations, and other technical drawings as required. Moreover, you will be expected to modify layouts based on feedback from clients or stakeholders and update plans accordingly. It is imperative to ensure that all designs comply with safety regulations and company standards.
