Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Launch Planning & Execution: Develop and manage comprehensive launch plans, detailing key milestones, deliverables, and timelines
Ensure that all stakeholders understand their roles and responsibilities throughout the launch process
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, and other departments to align on launch objectives, timelines, and deliverables
Launch Readiness: Oversee the launch readiness of all relevant departments, ensuring that product documentation, marketing materials, training resources, and support tools are fully prepared before the product goes live
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact the success of the product launch
Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges
Communication: Act as the primary point of communication for all product launch activities, providing regular updates to stakeholders and ensuring that everyone is informed of progress and potential issues
Post-Launch Evaluation: Lead post-launch assessments to measure the success of the product launch, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement in future launches
Continuous Improvement: Continuously refine launch processes based on feedback and lessons learned to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in future launches
