Laser Operator

• Laser Operation: Operate laser machines for cutting, engraving, or etching materials (e.g., metal, plastic, wood) with precision according to specified design and production requirements.
• Setup & Calibration: Set up laser equipment, including adjusting parameters such as power, speed, and focus. Ensure machines are calibrated for optimal performance.
• Quality Control: Inspect laser-cut or engraved materials to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Make adjustments as needed to improve quality or efficiency.
• Machine Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment to ensure proper functioning. Report any issues or need for repairs to the maintenance team.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures while operating laser machines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of machine settings, production runs, and any issues encountered during the operation. Ensure production logs are up to date.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the production team, engineers, and quality control to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to the laser cutting process, including material inconsistencies, machine malfunctions, or process inefficiencies.
• Material Handling: Safely handle and load materials into the laser machines, ensuring proper alignment and setup for accurate cuts or engravings.

Pay: ₹10,931.48 - ₹25,467.53 per month
