Possess a deep understanding of Maharashtra Land Laws, land conversion norms, and statutory obligations. Oversee all stages of land acquisition including title due diligence, land identification, documentation, registration, and mutation. Handle applications and secure timely approvals from Gram Panchayats, Municipal/Town Panchayats, and local development authorities. Work closely with MEDA (Maharashtra Energy Development Agency) for submission of applications and securing necessary permits/approvals. Maintain expertise in reviewing and interpreting land records, including 7/12 extracts, Ferfar, and mutation entries. Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, revenue department officials, and landowners to facilitate smooth acquisition and conversion processes.
