Labour Supervisor/mobiliser

We are seeking a proactive Labour Mobiliser to manage and coordinate the availability of skilled and unskilled labor at the construction site. The ideal candidate will ensure timely mobilization of manpower based on project needs and maintain proper labor documentation and attendance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mobilize labor (skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled) as per project requirements.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of available labor resources.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor suppliers.
• Ensure proper documentation like ID proof, attendance, and wage records.
• Resolve labor-related issues at the site.
• Monitor labor availability and report shortages or surpluses.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and site safety norms.
• Assist in labor welfare and grievance redressal.
• Support the HR team in maintaining discipline and motivation among workers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th pass or equivalent; diploma preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in labor mobilization or site HR work.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination ability and knowledge of local labor networks.
• Familiarity with labor laws and basic site compliance requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
