Job Key Account Manager-E-Commerce Job Details As the primary point of contact for the entire online business for the assigned e-commerce partners among online players such as Amazon and Flipkart, the Key Account Manager-E-Commerce will be responsible for the following Process Contributions SalesE-commercePlanning & Initiatives: 1. Collaborate closely with the assigned account to develop and execute the Joint Business Plan (JBP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP). 2. Provide valuable insights to the product and brand teams to identify products that align with the strategy, culture, and customer base of the partner organization. SalesE-commerceVendor management 1. Foster and maintain strong relationships with the allocated e-commerce partners, resolving any escalations and ensuring smooth operations. SalesE-commerceMarketplace operations 1. Follow up with partners to create indents and coordinate with ISCM teams to ensure timely fulfillment. 2. Ensure purchase order (PO) generation and proper stock flow to the respective warehouse based on the raised indents. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to align with the promotion calendar for the marketplace e-commerce, while also negotiating with key accounts to consider the overall business promotion calendar. 4. Effectively manage and resolve conflicts among channels, partners, and relevant stakeholders. SalesE-commerceMarketing 1. Engage in discussions with the product and marketing teams of e-commerce partners to gain insights on customer flow, identify new marketing opportunities, and propose suggestions. SalesE-commerceDigital merchandising 1. Review, support, and approve the demand planning and forecasting data for e-commerce marketplace partners. 2. Maintain optimal inventory levels in the warehouse based on the product range displayed on the partner website and the merchandising plan. SalesE-commerceCustomer experience 1. Adhere to established processes and policies for addressing customer complaints registered through the dedicated call center support, ensuring timely resolution in coordination with relevant stakeholders. SalesE-commerceRegulation & Compliance 1. Stay updated on changes in regulatory laws related to e-commerce sales and propose necessary countermeasures in case of non-compliance. 2. Ensure commercial compliance by periodically reviewing controls and balances in the system. 3. Provide inputs to quickly resolve issues related to non-alignment of stock norms in the warehouse, coordinating with internal stakeholders. People & Talent Management 1. Foster a culture of diversity, performance, and transparency in the region, ensuring high employee engagement. 2. Mentor and develop staff using a supportive and collaborative approach. 3. Create a talent pipeline through succession planning for critical positions in the region. 4. Set objectives for reportees aligned with the organizational and functional goals. 5. Collaborate with HR on vacant positions. 6. Conduct recruitment interviews for key positions in the region and monitor the implementation of the Sales Training Program.
