Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements (US and India) and identify suitable candidates for various technical positions.
• Source and attract candidates using multiple channels such as job boards, social media, other Platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
• Handle recruitment under various

  tax terms: W2, C2C, and 1099

  for US hiring.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients and manage timely feedback.
• Negotiate compensation, employment terms, and close offers effectively.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and regularly update recruitment reports.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs.

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of technical job roles, terminologies, and sourcing strategies.
• Familiarity with

• Proficient with sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Dice, Naukri, Monster, Indeed) and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage deadlines effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in
