Role - Junior Shopify Backend Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload and update product listings on Shopify, including images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory
• Organize product collections, tags, and categories
• Monitor product availability and coordinate with the inventory or warehouse team
• Assist in setting up discounts, offers, and promo codes on Shopify
• Help update banners, homepage sections, and basic store content using Shopify’s admin panel
• Conduct regular checks to ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date
• Coordinate with customer support or the technical team for backend issues or changes
• Maintain records of product uploads and updates

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred)
• Comfortable working on web-based admin panels
• Good understanding of product data (names, SKUs, pricing, categories)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiar with Excel/Google Sheets
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
