Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Junior HR role located in New Delhi. The Junior HR will be responsible for assisting with HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in implementing HR policies
• Knowledge of employee benefits and personnel management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in the beauty or personal care industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
