About the Role

Junior Database Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain internal databases and spreadsheets
• Regularly update entries, remove duplicates, and ensure data integrity
• Assist various teams with data retrieval and reporting as needed
• Monitor data for errors and inconsistencies, and take corrective actions
• Perform basic backups and maintain secure data handling practices
• Coordinate with other departments to collect and validate new data

Requirements

• Basic understanding of Database Management Systems (DBMS) and MS Excel
• Good typing speed and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills to interact with internal teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream (BCA, B.Sc., B. Com preferred)
• Knowledge of SQL basics or experience with data entry tools (preferred but not mandatory)
