Responsibilities And Duties

• You need to handle all the day-to-day organisational tasks which usually comes on ad hoc basis for business ease and growth.
• You must have superb communication skills and can speak fluently to employees, candidates and vendors for corporate and internal communication.
• You need to have attention to detail, an organized mindset, good at numerical, and an understanding on finance so as to handle the accounts and finances part of the organisation, with guidance from the senior.
• You need to assist the manager for project related requirements.
• You need to have experience in the advertising and media or hospitality field and need to know how this industry works.
• You should be open for site and vendor visits.
• You need to take timely feedbacks and implementing improvements in office.
