Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Malappuram for a Joinery Workshop Supervisor. The Joinery Workshop Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in the workshop, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards. They will manage a team of workers, schedule maintenance and repair tasks, and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent customer service. The role also involves coordinating workshop activities to maintain smooth workflow and quality of output.

• Experience in Maintenance & Repair tasks
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of workshop tools and operations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
• Experience in joinery or a related field is a plus
