Key Responsibilities: Make daily outbound calls to customers for payment reminders and follow-ups Educate customers on payment options, resolve queries, and encourage timely repayment Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, interactions, and promises to pay Provide daily updates and reports to the team lead/manager Meet monthly recovery targets and contribute to the team’s performance Handle objections and escalate complex cases to seniors when needed Adhere to company policies, compliance, and regulatory guidelines Requirements: Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary). Graduates preferred but not mandatory Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi Proficiency in any one local language (Kannada, Marathi, or any one local language preferred) Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently from home Should possess a personal laptop with a stable internet connection Must be an immediate joiner Prior experience in debt collection, BPO, telecalling, or customer service will be an added advantage
