Role & responsibilities Provide support in Sales of Life Insurance business through bank customers at bank branches across assigned locations Preferred candidate profile Drive wallet Share in the allocated bank branches with focus product mix. Achieve pre-set business targets on ANP, case count, active branch, active sales staff and various KPIs for designated branches Working jointly with the Branch Manager on Business Implementation plan Driving and motivating the branch staff along with Bank RM and providing support for logging in applications sourced Tapping the right database of the branch and ensure authentic documentation. Build relationship with the Bank Sales/ operations team and ensure the business targets and Productivity targets of the allocated branches are met effectively. Prospect and meet customers within and outside the Branch as when required. To develop, agree and implement short term and long-term plans to achieve sales targets To achieve branch RM activation targets Work collectively with Bank Sales / operations team and conduct joint sales calls as a team to achieve business nos. Seek commitment from the partner towards achievement of business objective.

1) Co-ordinating the production in terms of Man, Machines, Method & Materials 2) Manage the production planning and scheduling for On Time Delivery in Full (OTIF). 3) Prepare the day wise production planning based on plant capacity, material availability & sales priority. 4) Evaluate the bottleneck points & resolve the same. 5) Should be able to create BOM, Routing & Scheduling in SAP. 6) Preparing various types of MIS reports. 7) Coordination with inter departments for smooth execution of daily production. 8) Coordination with PDC, QA team for the model PILOT LOT planning. 9) Coordination with logistics, sales & service team for on time delivery. 10) Coordination for Spares requirement and packing. 11) Should have strong knowledge of SAP and Excel. 12) Should be able to handle/lead team of 5-6 Members. 13) Should be form same/relevant industries. 14) Should be able to develop the practices in term of system improvements. 15) Should have knowledge of MRP planning in SAP. 16) Should have knowledge of ISO documentation.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerform chemical, biological & physical tests including chemical, volumetric analysis.Handling & Operation of GC, HPLC & other analytical instruments, Performing Wet Analysis.Monitor & Review the results of the quality assurance/ control program, analyze laboratory data & recommend treatment modification, present data analysis in tabular & graphical forms.Maintain accurate & through records of Laboratory procedures & results, ensure compliance with government regulations, prepare analytical work sheets & reports.Responds to customer’s inquiries & complaints, interview customers, collect samples & report findings.Perform the most complex & difficult laboratory analysis, develop new methods & techniques of analysis & also oversee & participate in the preparation of Chemical Reagents.Perform required fields of testing as listed in the “List of Approved Fields of Testing & Analytics” included in the Laboratory certification provided by Environmental Laboratory of Accreditation Program Department of Health Services.Assess Laboratory equipment needs & train laboratory personnel in new equipment operation.Troubleshoot, clean & maintain laboratory equipment & supplies.Monitor Laboratory supply levels.Perform a variety of special projects as assigned.Perform related duties as required.
