Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, client retention, and revenue generation. Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field. Additional certifications or courses in sales, negotiation, or interior design are a plus. Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of direct sales experience in the interior design industry or a similar field (e.g., real estate, architecture, construction). Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a target-based environment. Experience in selling interior design services and products, with a deep understanding of client needs and the design process. Soft Skills: Good communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence clients and close deals effectively.
