Coordinate with design, project, procurement, and sales teams to gather relevant project inputs. Provide cost-effective alternatives and solutions aligned with project objectives. Calculate material, labour, and installation costs for modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, customized furniture, and other interior items. Lead sourcing, negotiation, and vendor evaluation for material and subcontractor quotations. Maintain updated cost databases and benchmarking tools to reflect current market trends. Identify cost-saving opportunities through value engineering and recommend alternatives. Support project managers during budgeting, procurement, and project execution phases. Provide regular cost updates and variance reports to management. Provide cost-effective alternatives and solutions aligned with project objectives Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. 2–5 years of relevant experience in estimation within the interior fit-out industry. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project tracking tools. Good knowledge of modular furniture materials, hardware, production techniques, and installation practices. Skill: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and client briefs.
