Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Executive – Estimator to lead the estimation function for diverse interior fit-out projects. This role demands a strong understanding of cost analysis, material sourcing, and interdepartmental coordination to support accurate and competitive pricing for residential, commercial, and hospitality interiors. Key Responsibilities: Analyze client requirements, site measurements, and design layouts to prepare accurate BOQs and cost estimates. Review architectural and interior drawings, specifications, and BOQs to prepare detailed cost analyses. Coordinate with design, project, procurement, and sales teams to gather relevant project inputs. Provide cost-effective alternatives and solutions aligned with project objectives. Calculate material, labour, and installation costs for modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, customized furniture, and other interior items. Lead sourcing, negotiation, and vendor evaluation for material and subcontractor quotations. Maintain updated cost databases and benchmarking tools to reflect current market trends. Identify cost-saving opportunities through value engineering and recommend alternatives. Support project managers during budgeting, procurement, and project execution phases. Provide regular cost updates and variance reports to management. Provide cost-effective alternatives and solutions aligned with project objectives Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. 2–5 years of relevant experience in estimation within the interior fit-out industry. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project tracking tools. Good knowledge of modular furniture materials, hardware, production techniques, and installation practices. Skill: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and client briefs. Preferred: Hands-on experience with factory-to-site coordination. Experience in client-facing roles during execution phase. Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience.
