Job Description

The responsibilities are:- Need to manage and oversee all aspects of insurance within the hospital, ensuring policies are up to date and claims are processed smoothly. Act as a liaison between the organisation, insurance companies and the clients while handling tasks like verifying coverage, submitting claims and resolving issues. Confirming patient or client insurance coverage and eligibility.  Submitting insurance claims, tracking their status, and resolving any discrepancies.  Maintaining accurate insurance policy information and ensuring compliance with regulations.  Interacting with insurance companies, patients, and other stakeholders to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide updates.  Maintaining organized records of insurance information, claims, and other relevant documents.  Addressing and resolving insurance-related issues, such as claim denials or coverage disputes.  Working with finance departments to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement for services.  Helping patients understand their insurance benefits, co-pays, and other financial obligations. Ensuring all insurance-related activities adhere to relevant regulations and company policies.  Assist with day to day operations in the hospital.
