As a member of our team, you will be responsible for developing existing and new study material in alignment with the exam curriculum. Your role will involve conducting subject classes in Verbal Ability and Quantitative Aptitude, focusing on delivering learning objectives and motivating students to excel in top entrance exams for various products of PRATHAM. Additionally, you will work on developing new modules and products for different sessions. You will be conducting regular sessions in schools, education tie-ups, and other forums to address large gatherings of students and parents. Your aim will be to provide information on career options after Class 12th while effectively promoting the brand PRATHAM. Researching and developing learning objectives and study material for Undergraduate Entrances will also be a key part of your responsibilities. It will be crucial for you to analyze trends and patterns of previous year exam papers to ensure that all training modules, including in-class assignments, practice papers, and full-length mock papers, are in line with the ever-evolving entrance examination patterns and structures. Regular interaction with internal team members and external faculty will be necessary to maintain consistency in imparting the curriculum. We are looking for candidates who are freshers with any Masters Degree, possessing a very strong eye for detail, high motivation and energy, excellent teamwork skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Professional discipline, integrity, and the ability to deliver classes across Delhi NCR Centres are also essential qualities we seek in potential candidates.
