We are looking for a creative and technically skilled JavaScript Web Animation Designer Intern to join our team. In this role, you will help bring educational and training content to life by building visually engaging, interactive web experiences. You’ll be working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to design animations, micro-interactions, and dynamic components that enhance digital learning. To succeed in this role, you should be comfortable with front-end development, animation libraries, and interactive UI patterns.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Designing and developing interactive learning modules using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Implementing smooth and responsive web animations using native JS, CSS transitions, and animation libraries like GSAP, Anime.js, or Lottie.
Building reusable components with modular code structure for consistency across projects.
Collaborating with instructional designers and content teams to convert educational concepts into engaging visual experiences.
Adding animation-based feedback to user interactions (hover, click, scroll) to enhance learning engagement.
Ensuring cross-browser compatibility and responsive design for various screen sizes.
Optimizing assets and code for performance and load speed.
Participating in brainstorming and feedback sessions to iterate on content interactivity and flow.
Keeping up-to-date with modern web animation techniques and trends.
Managing multiple project tasks while respecting deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
Understanding of animation principles and hands-on experience with JS animation libraries like GSAP, Anime.js, Three.js, or Lottie.
Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, After Effects (for animation exports or prototypes).
Knowledge of responsive and accessible web design.
Strong visual sense and attention to pixel-perfect detailing.
Basic understanding of DOM manipulation and event handling.
Problem-solving mindset with a strong drive to create engaging user experiences.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
