Job Description

- Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features. - Analyze and improve system performance, reliability, and scalability. - Ensure code quality through best practices in software development, including code reviews and unit testing. - Translate technical requirements and documentation into Japanese as needed. - Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to project planning and estimation.

- Proficiency in Java programming and experience with relevant frameworks.
- Minimum N3 level proficiency in Japanese to facilitate communication with stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. - Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices.
