IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Understand technical job requirements and create job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers.
Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with technical panels and hiring managers.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiation.
Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
Stay updated on latest hiring trends and market intelligence in the IT industry.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or related field.
1 year to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Strong knowledge of IT concepts, technologies, and roles (e.g., Developers, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineers).
Proficient in using job portals (e.g., Naukri, Monster), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.
