Job Description

IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive (Domestic Staffing):

Key Responsibilities:

Understand hiring requirements from technical and business teams

Source profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels

Screen candidates through telephonic/online interviews

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle (sourcing to onboarding)

Maintain and update candidate database

Handle offer negotiations and joining follow-ups

Desired Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong sourcing and screening ability

Basic understanding of IT technologies and roles (preferred)

Ability to handle multiple requirements and work under pressure

Familiarity with job portals and social media hiring.
