Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field At least 2 -5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Proven track record of full-cycle recruitment management, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates Experience recruiting for IT roles such as software development, infrastructure, data science, and other technology functions Demonstrated ability to leverage social media and other sourcing tools to attract exceptional candidates Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively A passion for staying up-to-date with current and emerging recruitment trends, and a commitment to continuous learning and development Experience with ATS, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant recruitment tools Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
