What You’ll Do Recruitment Strategy • Design and execute strategic hiring plans tailored to IT services • Partner with leadership to align talent efforts with business goals Sourcing & Networking • Leverage job portals, social media, referrals & events to attract top-tier talent • Build a strong tech talent pipeline for current & future roles Candidate Selection & Evaluation • Conduct behavioral & technical interviews • Coordinate assessments to ensure skill & culture fit Stakeholder Collaboration • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team dynamics & role needs • Ensure smooth, transparent hiring processes Employer Branding • Promote our brand as an employer of choice within the IT industry • Implement innovative initiatives to elevate candidate experience Onboarding Support • Work with HR to provide a seamless onboarding experience • Help new hires integrate smoothly into their teams Analytics & Reporting • Track key hiring metrics and provide data-driven insights • Continuously improve sourcing and recruitment strategies What We’re Looking For Bachelor's in HR, Business Admin, or related field 8+ years of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Strong knowledge of IT technologies, job functions & market trends Excellent communication, interpersonal & stakeholder management skills Proficiency in ATS, CRM & recruitment tools Ability to thrive in a high-speed, agile work environment
