Job Title: IT Recruiter Company Name: Skillkart (om career) Experience: 0–3+ years (Freshers & Experienced) Location: [Ludhiana/ On site] Job Type: Full-Time Responsibilities: Understand IT job requirements from clients/hiring managers Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, references, etc. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews Coordinate technical interviews and feedback Maintain database and track recruitment activities Ensure timely closures of open positions For Freshers: Training provided on IT recruitment process & technologies Good communication skills & learning attitude required Basic knowledge of MS Office & internet browsing For Experienced Candidates: Hands-on experience in IT recruitment (contract/permanent) Strong knowledge of sourcing & screening techniques Familiarity with roles like Java, Python, DevOps, etc. Skills Required: Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Good time management & coordination skills Knowledge of job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn) Qualification: Any graduate (preferred: B.Tech/BCA/MBA-HR) Freshers & experienced candidates both can apply
