Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT positions using job portals, social media, and networking.
• Conduct initial telephonic discussions to assess candidates skills, experience, and career aspirations.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database with candidate information.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Stay updated with IT industry trends, technologies, and hiring best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• Exposure to working for contact-to-hire demands.
• Exposure to working on Capgemini and Cognizant demands.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new recruitment tools and technologies.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies (preferred but not mandatory).
