Conduct comprehensive cost/benefit analyses for proposed IT projects, crafting the organizations IT strategy. Develop and enforce strict security protocols to protect our data and voice networks. Coordinate the administration of IT systems software, hardware, and databases to ensure efficient performance. Manage end-user technology and software support, ensuring flawless user experiences. Drive ambitious IT projects from conception through completion, competing to stay ahead in the industry. What You Bring Proven experience in IT management with a track record of successful project implementation. Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to determine the best solutions efficiently. Excellent leadership abilities, encouraging collaboration and inclusion within your team.
