Key Responsibilities:- · Asset Tracking and Management: Maintaining accurate records of all IT assets, including hardware, software, and related licenses, using an asset management system. · Lifecycle Management: Managing the entire asset lifecycle, from procurement and deployment to maintenance, upgrades, and retirement. · Compliance: Ensuring compliance with hardware and software licensing agreements, company policies, and relevant regulations. · Procurement and Disposal: Coordinating with vendors and procurement teams for asset acquisition and managing the disposal process for retired assets. · Reporting and Analysis: Generating reports on asset inventory, utilization, and costs, and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement. · Collaboration: Working with various teams, including IT, finance, procurement, and legal, to ensure alignment with business objectives.
