As a skilled individual in Information Technology and Computer Information Systems, with a focus on M365 Admin, Azure AD, and SharePoint, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting various technological platforms and systems. Your role will involve effectively communicating technical information to non-technical audiences and providing end-user support for complex issues. Your strong time management skills and intrinsic motivation will drive you towards success in this dynamic environment. In this role, you will create comprehensive system user documentation and possess the ability to read and interpret technical manuals. Problem-solving will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, where you will define issues, gather data, and draw valid conclusions.
