Inventory Manager

Position: Inventory Manager

Inventory Management:

• Receiving and Storage:Managing the receipt of new jewelry products from manufacturers or suppliers, inspecting for damage, verifying quantities and weights, and ensuring quality standards are met.
• Inventory Tracking:Utilizing inventory management systems and POS systems to track stock levels, record transactions, and identify discrepancies.
• Stock Optimization:Monitoring inventory levels, identifying slow-moving items, and recommending adjustments to purchasing strategies to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
• Product Movement:Coordinating the movement of jewelry items to different areas of the store or warehouse, such as labeling, display, and sales counters.
• Audits and Reporting:Conducting regular inventory audits, preparing detailed reports on stock levels, and communicating any discrepancies to management.

2. Supplier Management:

• Relationship Building:Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and efficient communication.
• Sourcing and Procurement:Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, negotiating pricing and delivery terms, and placing orders for new inventory.

3. Operational Efficiency:

• Warehouse Operations:Overseeing daily warehouse activities, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring quality assurance standards are met.
• Cost Reduction:Identifying opportunities to reduce operational costs, such as storage and distribution expenses.
• Loss Prevention:Implementing strategies to prevent inventory loss due to theft, damage, or obsolescence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
