Candidate Profile
Educational BackgroundB.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or E&TC EngineeringMBA in Marketing/International Business is a plusExperience & Technical Know-HowMinimum 5 years in international B2B sales (preferably in electrical/industrial components)Hands-on experience with products such as PDUs, terminal blocks, connectors, filters, or similarMust have experience handling customers/distributors in the USA regionComfortable with international travelSoft Skills & ToolsFluent in English with strong communication & presentation skillsStrategic thinker with problem-solving abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and reporting softwareAdaptable to diverse cultures and international business environmentsPreferred ExperiencePrior sales roles involving Data Centers, OEMs, and channel salesExperience working with clients like electrical distributors, automation integrators, or industrial buyersBackground in export-oriented or manufacturing companies
