International sales and marketing manager

You will be an experienced International Sales & Marketing Manager responsible for driving global business growth, expanding into new markets, and strengthening brand presence internationally. Your key responsibilities include identifying, developing, and managing new international business opportunities, building strong relationships with global distributors, retailers, and B2B clients, negotiating and closing high-value deals, conducting market research, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and coordinating international shipments with logistics and supply chain teams. In terms of sales, you will be tracking and analyzing sales performance across different regions, optimizing sales strategies accordingly. In the marketing domain, you will develop and implement global marketing strategies, plan and execute international trade shows, create region-specific marketing campaigns, collaborate with digital marketing teams, manage multi-channel marketing efforts, and conduct competitive analysis to adapt marketing strategies for different international markets. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in international sales and marketing, a strong understanding of international trade, market trends, and business development strategies. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills are essential. You should be willing to travel internationally as required and proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms. Knowledge of export/import documentation and international business regulations, as well as a Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, are required. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. The preferred education level is a Master's degree, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in international sales is preferred.
