Key Responsibilities: Production Planning & Execution: Monitor daily production output and ensure adherence to the production plan. Allocate manpower and assign daily tasks. Ensure machines and tools are properly maintained and available. Quality Assurance: Ensure that products are manufactured to quality standards. Coordinate with the Quality department for inspections and corrective actions. Train workers on quality checkpoints. People Management: Supervise shop floor employees; ensure discipline and performance. Conduct on-the-job training for new or existing employees. Handle grievances and escalate issues to management. Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety procedures and ensure PPE usage. Report and investigate incidents, near-misses, and safety hazards. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Continuous Improvement: Participate in 5S, Kaizen, and Lean activities. Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements. Assist in implementing new production techniques or technologies. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain daily production records and shift reports. Track downtime, material shortages, and rejections. Ensure accurate documentation for audits and reviews. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person
