What You'll Own Growth Architecture: Set 3-year ARR and margin goals, and drive RevOps OS (HubSpot Looker) with live CAC:LTV forecasting. Enterprise Sales Leadership: Lead and close $1M+ TCV deals, mentor AEs in value-based selling, and reduce deal cycles. GTM Strategy: Position both services & YugYog product line for CIO/CTO buyers in FinTech, GovTech, SaaS sectors. Strategic Partnerships: Build alliances with Google, Microsoft, AWS, and secure $1M+/yr in cloud credits. ABM & Demand Gen: Drive ABM, inbound, events, outbound, and test growth loops each sprint. RevOps + Analytics: Implement dashboards that report marketing and sales impact in real time. M&A & Fundraising: Engage with investors, scout strategic acquisitions, and shape our capital narrative. Thought Leadership: Launch annual AI Builders Summit, build CreateBytes POV on Indic-language AI. Must-Have Skills Proven experience in RevOps, B2B enterprise IT sales, and account-based marketing (ABM). Hands-on with cloud credit negotiation (Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, AWS). Strong forecasting, strategic partnerships, and pricing leadership. Confident team leader and deal-closer with a builders mindset. Good-to-Have Skills M&A or fundraising experience, Indic-language AI GTM knowledge, technical SEO exposure. AI/ML domain familiarity, or strong VC network is a plus. Youre a Great Fit If You: Have 3+ years in revenue leadership for tech/IT. Enjoy strategic selling as much as dashboards, metrics, and mentoring. Are fluent in cloud economics and value co-selling with top ISVs. Thrive in hybrid, high-growth, high-autonomy environments. Assignment (Mandatory): Submit a 90-day GTM roadmap presentation for international IT B2B sales (focus: deals, partnerships, pipeline).
