Roles and Responsibilities Identify Enterprise Customers: Recognize and target enterprise customers with international logistics needs. Clearly articulate how DTDC's products can meet their requirements. Generate Leads and Sign New Customers: Service a designated geographical area or client segment to generate leads and secure new customers. Manage Customer Portfolio: Oversee a portfolio of customers and potential clients through personal sales visits, providing personalised service through face-to-face interactions. Build Strong Client Relationships: Develop robust client relationships to ensure account performance and growth, reduce attrition rates, and minimise competitor inroads. Convert Leads into Customers: Transform qualified leads into customers (First Time Buyers) across small, medium, and large business accounts. Focus on developing and penetrating existing accounts for retention and growth. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to build and maintain business relationships with customers across different lines of business. Customer Point of Contact: Serve as the primary contact for customers, coordinating with relevant departments to address and resolve queries, problems, or issues efficiently. Reporting: Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports detailing sales achievements and projections against targets. Product and Market Knowledge: Continuously develop knowledge of DTDC's products/services and maintain commercial awareness to provide the best solutions for customers. Desired Candidate Profile: Experience: 5-8 years of experience in international business with a reputable courier company, with prior logistics experience being essential. Desired Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and proactive Strong presentation skills Ability to work effectively in a team
