About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced International Calling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling international calls, managing client relationships, and contributing to global outreach initiatives. This role demands strong communication skills, professionalism, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound/inbound calls to international clients/customers (US/UK/Asia/Europe, etc.).
• Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and support professionally and efficiently.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Understand the services/products thoroughly to promote them effectively.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in international calling, telemarketing, or client handling.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (accent-neutral preferred).
• Experience with call logging systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with global clients.
• Ability to work in night shifts or according to international time zones, if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Experience in B2B/B2C international customer support or telesales.
• Prior experience in a similar industry is a plus.
