Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D visualizations and walkthroughs of interior spaces.
• Work with the design team to convert 2D drawings and concepts into realistic 3D visuals.
• Ensure accurate representation of textures, materials, lighting, and ambiance.
• Modify and update renders based on client and internal feedback.
• Stay updated on the latest rendering trends, tools, and techniques.
• Manage timelines and deliver within strict deadlines.

Qualifications

• Expert in 3D Rendering Software

  such as

  3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, SketchUp + V-Ray, or Lumion

  .
• Proficient in

  AutoCAD (2D base drawings)

  for referencing floor plans and elevations.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in interior 3D visualization.
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and lighting.
• Eye for detail, composition, scale, and realism.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
