Job Description

Take ownership of projects, overseeing all aspects of design, planning, and execution.
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Translate client requirements into innovative and functional design concepts.
Ensure compliance with building codes, accessibility standards, and other regulatory requirements.
Research and recommend appropriate materials, finishes, and textiles based on project requirements, budget, and aesthetic considerations.
Collaborate with architects and contractors to integrate interior design elements with architectural features.
Cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication, presentations, and regular updates.
Liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to obtain quotes, samples, and prototypes.
Manage procurement and installation processes, ensuring quality and adherence to project timelines.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to design intent.
