Job Description

You will be responsible for conducting on-site visits to gather detailed client requirements and provide tailored design consultations. Leveraging your interior design knowledge, you will convert client inquiries into successful projects, guiding them through the design process. Your role will involve preparing and presenting detailed project quotations that align with the client's requirements, ensuring transparency in pricing and materials. Building a strong pipeline through relentless prospecting and establishing relationships with prospects will be crucial. Furthermore, maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project life cycle and coordinating closely with design and project management teams to meet customer needs and ensure seamless project delivery are key aspects of the role. Achieving sales targets by collaborating with a talented group of interiors partners and following up with clients regularly to address inquiries, clarify details, and efficiently close sales will be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this position will have prior experience in managing customer relationships with clear sales targets. Preference will be given to candidates with a proven track record in design and sales. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with customers, colleagues, and business partners are essential qualities we are looking for. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, focusing on interior design or home renovation projects. A strong understanding of interior design processes, materials, and finishes is necessary. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to establish rapport with clients, are vital. Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing sales targets, proficiency in negotiation and deal closure with a customer-centric approach, and the capacity to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively are key qualifications for this role.,
