Candidate must be proficient in verbal & written English communication, good computer & related software knowledge with minimum 5 year experience in Interior Design & High-end Project handling.
Preferably female candidate
Qualification- Post Graduate in Interior Designing.
Experience- Min 6 yrs. experience, (preferably in luxury high-end residential project)Core skills:1. Analytical to gaze customer requirement and prepare mood-boards & presentation as per clients choice or preferences. Also skilled in having interactive sessions to educate about companys exclusive solutions/products.2. Should be experienced in making sectional and detailed drawing in AutoCAD, 3D Max and Sketch Up, or any other rendering software programs3. Focused influencer of key decision maker with innovative/creative solutions.4. Coordination with Architect, Client Senior head project owners along with site supervision.5. Knowledge of Site lay-out/map, with interior design solutions6. Building healthy association with clients/prospects,7. Follow-ups & site visits/communication.8. Project/Solution pricing & budget estimation,Duties and ResponsibilitiesCandidate would be assigned additional duties and responsibilities from time to time that are in favor to achieve the common goal of the organization.
