Position - Instrumental Engineer Job Location - Bavla Ahmedabad Gujarat Job Responsibilities The Instrumentation Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, installing, managing, and maintaining equipment used to monitor and control engineering systems, machinery, and processes. The role ensures efficient and safe operation of instruments and automation systems within the Ice Cream plant. Key Responsibilities: Design, install, test, and maintain control systems and instrumentation. Calibrate and troubleshoot sensors, transmitters, flow meters, temperature controllers, PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and other process instruments. Ensure the accuracy and reliability of instruments used for measuring pressure, temperature, flow, and level in industrial processes. Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for instrumentation systems. Collaborate with the automation and electrical teams for system integration. Monitor performance, diagnose faults, and take corrective action to maintain system uptime. Support in commissioning new systems and upgrading existing equipment. Maintain proper documentation, wiring diagrams, loop drawings, and instrument lists. Comply with safety standards and ensure all instrumentation systems meet industry and quality standards. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with calibration and maintenance of instruments in food processing or cold chain systems. Knowledge of hygiene and safety practices in the food industry. Hands-on experience with automation systems in an ice cream or dairy factory (optional but desirable).
