Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Dehradun. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include communication with potential and existing customers, delivering excellent customer service, and facilitating the sales process. This role may also involve identifying sales opportunities and collaborating with other team members to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
