Inside Sales Representative

Job Overview As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through warm calling and outbound sales efforts. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by promoting and selling the company's products or services to potential customers. Duties Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products or services Build and maintain relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service Identify and qualify sales leads, pitching products or services to meet customer needs Utilize software tools to track sales activities, update customer information, and manage leads effectively Negotiate sales terms and close deals to achieve sales targets Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales objectives Requirements Proven experience in technology sales, business development, or telemarketing is preferred Strong ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing Proficiency in using software tools for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships Excellent negotiation skills to close deals successfully Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building positive relationships Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹180.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
