Job Description Position Title: Inside Sales Representative Department: Sales and Marketing Hierarchy Level: Middle Gender Preference: Male / Female Location: Gurgaon (Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to Gurgaon) Reporting To: Sales Manager Age Requirement: 30+ Compensation: ₹2.4 – ₹3.5 LPA + Attractive Incentives (Based on experience of 2+ years) Job Brief: We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and demonstrate a passion for building strong client relationships and closing deals. Key Responsibilities: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs Pitch relevant products and services based on customer requirements Generate cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the existing customer base Build and maintain a strong customer database Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales Provide detailed information on product features and benefits Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to refine sales strategy Education: Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream) Experience & Skills: Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in sales (Inside Sales/Tele Sales preferred) Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong listening and negotiation abilities Skilled in cold calling and objection handling Strong presentation skills High level of customer service orientation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment Why Join Us?
