Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth goals. You should be comfortable with cold calling, working closely with the Business Head, generating leads, qualifying prospects, following up diligently, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to generate leads and create new business opportunities
• Identify key decision-makers to initiate the sales process
• Penetrate client accounts and drive revenue growth
• Collaborate with the Business Head to define strategic sales approaches
• Qualify and deliver high-potential opportunities to the Business Head
• Maintain and update the company's prospect database regularly
• Ensure timely follow-ups, including sharing complete lead information, source, action points, and timelines with the Business Head
• Schedule and conduct sales presentations and meetings
• Coordinate appointments with TA Heads, CXOs, and other senior stakeholders
• Freshers with a background in Marketing are welcome to apply

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: 1 to 4 years as an Inside Sales Executive
• Qualification: Graduate / MBA
• Strong persuasive skills with fluency in Hindi and English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
