The candidate will be responsible for handling e-commerce inquiries, managing sales data in Excel, coordinating deliveries, and supporting invoice and order processing. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls from IndiaMART and other e-commerce platforms. Maintain and update Excel sheets; proficiency in MS Office is essential.
