We are currently looking for a dynamic individual to join our team in Bangalore, with 0-2 years of business experience, preferably holding an MBA degree. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree. **RESPONSIBILITIES** **Primary Responsibilities** - **Target Research & Lead Generation:** Conduct comprehensive research to identify and profile target market segments, thereby generating qualified leads for the sales team. - **Sales Outreach & Engagement:** Engage with potential leads through various communication channels, schedule product demos, and deliver introductory demonstrations to prospects. - **Operations & Reporting:** Maintain and update the lead database, while monitoring key sales performance metrics. **Additional Responsibilities** - **Operations & Reporting:** Regularly update the lead database, track sales performance metrics, and offer actionable insights to enhance the sales process. - **Support:** Undertake any additional tasks or projects as assigned by the sales leadership team to contribute towards broader sales objectives.
