Role: Inside Sales Process Lead/Head Exp: 7 + Years Location: Noida Working Mode: 6 Days, WFO Role Description Strong telesales operations experience. Managed 40+ members telesales team. Should be able to get into details,even work with agents if needed, ManagedInside sales / Outbound sales. Haveworked ongenerating a revenue of 100+ cr. Strong with Data, understanding of funnel and conversion improvement Appointment Settings Visit by Buyers/ clients (Especially operations where fixed time is sought from the buyer) Job Responsibilities Productivity of Sales. Lead funnel Management Track the number of site visits happening. Conversion from leads to visits and repeat visits Quality score via Audit, revisit intent Distribution of Visits (Track and avoid skew) Total visits, Visits done per project per week. Skills Revenue delivered Conversion from leads to Visits and Repeat visits Quality of Visits measured by revisit intent/revisits Education A postgraduate qualification is preferred.
